Iiquid Intercooling

jackson makes a liquid intercooling system
does anyone have one of these?
the people at jackson say that u can advance ur timing 2 degrees if u have this. how much is that gonna help?
does anyone know any other company that makes a similiar product?

This is the water injection that everyone has talked about. As far as I know, only SSBP has had it installed. It cools the intake charge enough to allow a few degrees extra timing, but it robs a few hp, because the h20 takes up space in the cylinder where more air and fuel could be. It doesn't seem like a bad way to go, but if you don't have the new manifolds, you're gonna have to either tap into the old manifold or remove it and install the new one from JR. By the way, how do you like your new SC? Any kills yet?

Why do people say that water injection loses HP. Does anybody have dyno sheets to back that up? Cause every dyno sheet i have seen have gained power!

i have been using it for 2 years now , it is AWESOME and does not loose power, right now the pressure switch on it is not working , now i feel a loss in power without the water, forget the BS you hear , listen to me i am using it and it really works...

Go to the Integra Dyno Center for dyno proof that it works.

The water injection kit JR sells it yet another rebadged item with the price jacked up. It's really the ERL aquamist system and there's different stages that you can get. Spearco also makes a water injection kit which is a little cheaper than the ERL but not as advanced. I personally haven't tried water injection on my civic but I did have it on my Talon. With the higher charge air temps from a turbo you can really feel the power gains with water injection.

redline, the probably mean that initially it loses power, because the h20 is taking up cyclinder space, but after tunning it makes more.
